Hi!  My name is Winston and I am a handsome and healthy boy sent to BHRA by a fellow rescuer in Crossville, TN.  My owners moved and left me chained up in the back yard.  I was promised to someone and they should have come to get me, but they never did.  So BHRA was contacted and here I am!  I need a little work on my "inside" manners but I just love all of the attention I can get and I am really ready for my forever home!  Could this be you?
