A more loyal and sweet companion you'll never find!  This little lady, probably around 6 or so, was picked up as a stray and her owners never came forward.  Trudy is simply a doll... she's gentle natured, easy-going, and just seems to love everyone.  She'll follow you around happy to just be with you, and will lie at your feet, happily nudge your hand accepting all the pets you want to give her.  This little girl LOVES dinner time and happily dances around while her food is being prepared.  Trudy is housebroken, but needs gentle reminding now and then, especially during rain storms.  She gets along great with other dogs and would probably be wonderful with less active kids.  She very much likes kitties too, although she does love to bark at them--especially if the "chase is on".  Of course once she catches up to them she's very gentle.  Trudy has the sweetest face and most gentle eyes that will melt your heart.  She is also very smart and she can open a chain link fence latch with her nose, so a lock of some sort is needed with this little Houdini around.  She is such a sweet girl, we cannot imagine why someone would not have moved heaven and earth to find her.  Trudy has been treated for heartworms and is now looking for her forever home.  If you're looking for a nice quiet (usually) laid back and devoted pet...this is your girl!!
