Hi! Thumper here! Don't I have the most striking Basset
face you have ever seen? I am a super sweet boy and I have had
a sad past. My human mom died three years ago and since that
time I have been emotionally neglected. I was turned into BHRA
after I was hit by a car and suffered a badly injured foot. My
foot is doing much better now that I have had the medical care I
needed, but I will always show external signs of my wound. You
know what I LOVE? I LOVE sleeping on the couch and being
INSIDE! I hate to be outside! I just like to be close to
my people. I don't try to sleep in the bed with my people, but
I do like to be close. If you have a nice soft place for me to
sleep next to you on the floor I will be very happy! I am
house trained with access to a doggy door. I do great with
cats and other dogs and I don't have any food aggression at all!
