Hi!  My name is Skipper and I came to BHRA as a stray from the lower part of Alabama.  At about 45 pounds and 1 year old, I am a very kind Basset.  I will follow you everywhere you go!  I love belly rubs and I will flop over in a second if I think there is a remote chance of getting some rubs!  I am ok with cats and I get along great with the other dogs I am currently bunking with.  My only vice is that I HATE crates...so for me, the best home will be one where I can roam free and be with my people.  If you'd like more info on me, please contact my fosters!
