Hey people!  My name is Sam!  I am coming to BHRA at the ripe old age of six months!  Don't you think I am cute?  I was turned over to BHRA by my people who were a little bit older and just could not handle my young puppy energy.  They just did not imagine that a Basset Hound could have so much energy.  I am a very active pup and need a family who is willing to work with me on my manners and my leash walking.  Hey man, I am a free spirit!  I just need a little fine tuning is all.  I was very well cared for by my people and am a healthy little man.  I am waiting for my foster spot to open up, but I'll check back as soon as I have a chance to get settled.  In the mean time, if you'd like more information on me, why don't you contact my foster people.  They'd love to tell you all about me!
