Peggy Sue

My name is Peggy Sue!  I came to BHRA after waiting in a shelter for a long time.  They picked me up as a stray and no one ever came to claim me.  I am about a year and a half old.  I really like to play, but sometimes I can be pretty rough, so no small kids for for me, please.  I get along great with other dogs and I am learning the housebreaking thing with the help of a doggie door.  I sleep like a baby in my crate every night.  I am a pretty good counter cruiser so an unwatched sandwich will be history around me!  They have recently discovered one quirk of mine...I HATE BATHS!  The minute water hits me I freak out.  Luckily for me, my sweet foster parents are dedicated to working with me and showing me that baths are not scary.  I think I would do well in a home with other playful dogs or older kids who will romp and rough house and tumble with me in the yard.  If you want to learn more about me, please contact my foster mom and dad!

Peggy Sue has been adopted by The Tombrello's of Gardendale, Alabama!  Yeah for you Peggy Sue!!
