Intake pictures of skinny me!

Hey people!  My name is Katie and I am a sweet little red and white basset from Tuscaloosa!  I was turned into the shelter by my people in a very emaciated condition.  These nice people at BHRA are working hard to fatten me up!  I am very sweet and submissive.  I am loving my walks with my people and I am learning to walk on a leash and I don't even pull!  As you can see from my new pictures I am even putting on a little weight.  My foster mom says that I am doing a great job of taking my treats nicely instead of snatching them out of her hand.  I just love treats...and now that I know I get them all the time I don't feel like I need to snatch them.  I am a really quiet Basset and I rarely make a sound.  I am not a barker or a howler.  I am just looking for my forever home with people who will love me to pieces and give me all of the love and affection I deserve!  If you'd like more info on me...contact my foster mom!  She'd love to tell you all about me!

Adopted by Mike and Mary Nelson Notaro of Thomasville, Georgia!  Here is a picture of the new happy family!  Congratulations to All!

A very special "Thank You" goes out to the nice folks at the Tuscaloosa Metro Shelter!
