Hi!  My name is Herman and I am a beautiful dark boy!  I came to BHRA after suffering a personal tragedy.  My person passed away and the family felt that I needed to find a home where someone would have enough time to give me the proper attention I deserve.  I can tell you that I get along fine with other dogs and cats.  The only problem that my fosters have had with me is that I can be a little bit food aggressive with the other dogs I am bunking with.  That is easily solved, though!  My fosters just put me in my crate at feeding time.  I am also a big ole mushy boy  in bed.  I sleep all night and never make a peep!  I just love to cuddle!  I am very well housebroken and my foster people sure are enjoying my company.  When I first arrived I would sit at the door and wait to be let out like a good boy...but you know what?  I discovered this neat thing called doggy door.  Now I can go out whenever I want!  I love to talk to my people with a big ole basset WOOO WOOO.  It is true!  I will carry on a whole conversation with you.  I just love a good chat!  I am a happy boy and can't wait to meet my new forever home!  If you think this might be you, won't you please contact my foster people?
