Hi!  I am Herman and I am a sweet, loving and playful four year old boy.   I came to BHRA from a vet school in Tuskegee, Alabama. I do well with all dogs and I am not food aggressive at all. I am just a big ole 65 pound mushy slobber slinger. My foster mom says that I am eager to please, very smart and I get along with everyone!  I even do fine with cats!  I am putty in your hand if you have half a mind to sit on the floor and rub my tummy!  I am a bit of a counter cruiser, like a lot of bassets, but because I am so smart and eager to please, my foster mom does not think it will be hard to break me of this habit.  Oh...did I mention I sleep well in my crate?  I sound pretty good, don't I?  If you'd like to learn more about my very sweet hound self, please contact my foster Mom, won't you?  She'd love to tell you more about me!
