Hi! My name is Sam and I am about 2 1/2 years old. Lets see...what
can I tell you about me? Well, I am super friendly, I love to
play, play, play and I adore kids! I would just love to be
adopted into an active household with kids and a younger dog or two
to play with. (Remember...I LOVE to play!) I might get
into trouble if I was all alone with no one to play with. I am
super starved for attention! In my previous life I was left
chained to a tree for about a year and not fed very often. I
will follow you around like a shadow and I love to give kisses and I
love to snuggle with my people. And let me tell you...I love
to have my ears rubbed and my face "schmooshed!" I am a good
boy, as I learned the doggie door almost immediately. II love
my crate! I go in there for naps, to play with my chew bone
and to sleep...all by myself with not one telling me to do it.
It is my special place. I really love it cuz my foster people feed
me in there too with the door open. I just go right in, lay
down and chomp away happily. I don't have any "alpha"
tendencies. I am just a happy go lucky sweet boy. Believe it
or not...I do have a few flaws. I LOVE to counter
cruise, and because I am so long, I am really good at it. I
also jump on people, but my foster parents are teaching me that is
"NOT NICE!", but they are not too hard on me because they know it is
just my need to be loved on after being neglected for so long.
OH...one more thing...I LOVE Squirrels. I will chase them in a
heartbeat. I don't know why I like them so much...but I just
do! Finally, I probably don't need to go to an apartment,
because I need a yard to run around in. I just love to run!
