Hey People! My name is Missy and I am a sweet, laid back, non-aggressive Basset! I am up-to-date on my routine shots and spayed/neutered. My foster mom says that I have just fallen right into step with the program at her house. I am not much of a counter cruiser. I really like a good couch to nap on...but I am happy with a dog bed or crate to curl up in. I understand the word "NO!" and if you tell to stop I will! I am a good girl! I am pretty good on a leash...I don't walk my person like a lot of us Bassets do...I'll actually let the person walk me! I won't beg at the table and I'll gladly roll over for some tummy rubs! They are my favorite! I am crate trained. When my foster mom gets my dinner ready, I run for my crate. I sleep there too. I get REALLY excited about breakfast and dinner! Other than that I am just a regular couch potato and an all around great mellow hound. I do great with kids and other dogs. My foster mom says I am one foster she'll really hate to see go. I have just fit in so well in their home. They call me "Beezee" and I love it. I will miss them when my forever home comes calling, just like they'll miss me. I know that there will be another hound in need of a place to stay, so I can't be too selfish. Plus...I really look forward to the day of having my very own people and a home of my very own!
