HOMETHE GIRLS

Hi People!  My name is Lucie and I come to BHRA as an owner relinquishment.  I have been camping out for several months while going through my heartworm treatments, but I am now ready for her forever home. I weigh around 40 lbs.  I am a very lovable girl and I love to ride in the car!  I have shown some food aggression with other dogs, so I stay in my kennel for dinner time.  I am house trained, but I still need reminding because I forget sometimes.  I just need someone willing to help show me the ropes until I get the hang of it!  I love to be held and cuddled...I am a real lap girl!  My foster mom is working with me to try to get me to play with toys...mostly I just love people to cuddle me.  I really like my foster mom's teenage daughter...she is the best and I also like their younger daughter too! I even like the Chihuahuas that I am bunking with!  I don't even mind the birds or the ferret either!  Like most bassets, I am a counter cruiser, but I listen if you tell me to stop. If you'd like more information about me, please contact my foster mom!  She'd love to tell you all about my cute self!!

Adopted by Gayle Stephenson of Decatur, Alabama!  Happy Trials to you sweet Lucie!
