Just around a year or so old, this alert and proud looking youngster came to us from a shelter, unfortunately heartworm positive.  He's undergoing treatments and won't be ready until mid December.  He has to be kept quiet and pretty inactive with his treatments ongoing, but keeping him calm and reasonably inactive is quite a chore for the med coordinators...this boy wants to PLAY!!  He recently discovered a mouse and simply had a wonderful time with it...much to the mouse's bad luck.  JT thought that was the best game ever, so if you have a mouse problem, this guy has a career!  He's super fun, very cuddly and rumor has it, a super kisser!  He loves everyone he meets, two or four legged and the shyness he displayed when he initially arrived seems to have vanished in favor of happy tail wagging.  Once he's ready for adoption, we suspect there will be a lot of folks wanting this great natured "kid".
