Gomer

HOMETHE BOYS

I have seen all of my foster brothers and sisters come and go and I am ready to strut my stuff to get my forever home too! I am willing to play dress up with a little girl or I can be cool for my very own special teenager for spring break. I am also ready for a luau with my own special family. I'd really just be happy to cuddle with any member of my new family. How can you resist me?  I know my special family if out there...if nothing else...can't you save me from these silly foster people who dress me up?

Hey People!  My name is Gomer and I am a cute little red and white Basset with a great personality.  I love to play and I even fetch!  Now...I know a lot of Bassets claim that they "fetch"...but usually that just means they go get the toy and run off with it!  NOT ME!  I will actually bring it back to you.  I know...you are amazed aren't you?  Well that is just how I do!  I do have one flaw...I don't like to share my food.  I can't help it.  Some of  us "needy" dogs have been hungry at times in our life and food is very precious to us.  I just need to eat in my crate...problem solved.  I am very gentle and I love to be snuggles...I am the best rainy-day buddy EVER! I am making great progress in the potty training department.  I do fine with cats and I really am fond of small dogs...like the Chihuahua I am currently bunking with...he is my bud.  I am great with small children too!  I love to play fetch with them and if they give me a treat I take it very gently.  I am such a good boy!  If you'd like more info on me, please contact my foster people!  They'd love to tell you all about me and my AMAZING fetching abilities.  NOW...where is that lady with my ball?
