Hey People! My name is Ava Bella and I am a pretty little 42 pound owner surrender. I am spayed but unfortunately came to BHRA heartworm positive. I have undergone treatments and I am feeling much better. I am sweet, I love to walk on a leash and I am very gentle. I got along fine with cats and other dogs at the clinic and at my foster home. I sleep soundly all night on the loveseat in the den with no accidents. I am such a good girl! I was a little on the skinny side, but my foster mom worked to get some weight on me and I have filled out great! I get to eat dinner in my crate and I know that is where I need to go at dinner time. I really like my foster mom and I follow her around a good bit. Being a taller girl, I am a bit of a counter cruiser...but not too bad. I love to play with toys and to be petted! That is my favorite! I especially like to lay next to you on the couch and be petted. Don't touch my tail, though...I just don't like it. I don't really like to be outside without my people around...I just like to stick to hanging out with them. Heck...if I am asleep and my foster mom leaves the room, I'll just get right up from my nap and go with her. I am gentle at taking treats...cuz you know what...treats are super duper good!
