Hello! My name is Adele and I am a sweet little 35 pound 5 year old gal who has known no life other than that of a puppy mill momma. Thank goodness I was of no further value to the breeder, who dumped me at the shelter, because I am now in the safe hands of BHRA! I am a bit shy and confused, as you would expect. It is quite a culture shock being "free"! I am still trying to understand these people that I am living with as I have not had a lot of human contact in my life. I do LOVE the girls I am living with and I cry when they leave. They are so sweet to me! I really enjoy belly rubs and kisses! I do just fine with cats and other dogs. Unfortunately, I came to BHRA heartworm positive, but I am doing much better now. I am on heart medication, which really helps me feel good. I am a little shy, but if you give me a chance I will be the best friend you have ever had.
